Ruji Totari is a Thai born U.S. attorney, educated in the United States. She earned her B.A. degree from Chapman University, and M.A. from Pepperdine University, California. She later attended American College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1993. Ms. Totari was admitted to practice law in California and the Federal District Court, Central District of California in 1994. She is also a member of the State Bar of California and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Ms. Totari has her own law practice in La Palma, Orange County, California specializing in U.S. Immigration Law and other U.S. laws pertaining to immigration matters. She has worked with the Thai community throughout the United States and Thailand on immigration matters including marriage green cards, family based green cards, specialty cooks green cards, employment based green cards, fiancee visas, tourist visas, student visas, investor visas, and naturalization.
Ms. Totari writes a weekly legal column in the Sereechai Thai newspaper of California and has also published several U.S. law books in the Thai language. She has organized and spoken at various seminars, made public presentations and answered questions on immigration laws at the Thai temples in California and at Matichon newspaper publishing firm in Thailand and is a volunteer on several Thai Immigration Law Days. Ms. Totari is fluent in English and Thai.
